Advanced Joint and Spine Institute consist of a new two story building of 17,675 square feet. The Ambulatory Surgery Center was a tenant build-out of 10,419 square feet (2,620 S.F. on the first floor and 7,799 S.F. on the second floor). The facility has the ASC Waiting room on the first floor, along with the Admin/Office spaces. Upstairs there are five (5) operating rooms, with thirteen (13) private pre-op/recovery beds.
