Suncoast Medical Clinic is a 3-story medical office building located at the St. Anthony's Hospital Campus in St. Petersburg, Florida. Architectural services included planning, design and construction for a106,573 GSF medical office/outpatient imaging and lab facility. The new building will accommodate approximately 50 physicians in a multi-specialty medical practice and was also designed to accommodate an existing practice, requiring the integration of existing medical and office equipment. The interior space plan is programmed for a single tenant with central waiting and reception areas. The design includes an Imaging Center, Urgent Care, Cardiovascular Lab, Cardiology office with nuclear camera, Vascular Lab, Pain Management with procedure room, Family Practice offices, Dermatology, Allergy, Audiology, Endocrinology, ENT, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Hematology-Oncology, Infusion Therapy, Infectious Disease, Internal Medicine, Nephrology, Ophthalmology with optical shop, Orthopaedics, Podiatry, Pulmonology, Rheumatology, Urology, Pharmacy, Snack Bar and support spaces. There were also provisions made for a bridge connection to the hospital and adjacent parking garage.
