This project included architectural services for window and HVAC replacement. The work included design, preparation of 
construction documents and construction administration. The scope of work included the Administration Building and the 
Cafetorium Building totaling about 13,000 G.S.F. The existing buildings were clad in a full height curtain wall system and the windows were replaced. A new building envelope needed to be created from scratch. The existing HVAC system consisted of wall units that needed to be removed along with the curtain wall system. A central HVAC system was installed in lieu of the wall units. All interior finishes were replaced.
