Medical Village of Tampa is a 55,167 S.F. building with a 7,333 S.F. equipment mezzanine which was a former Sweetbay grocery store. The renovation of the building included multiple buildouts for a tenant to provide a range of services at one facility which includes a Surgery Center, Orthopedic Center, Imaging Center, Urgent Care and Pain Center.
The Core Interior buildout (7,926 S.F.) consists of the main lobby/waiting area, welcome desk, shared conference room, public restrooms and an atrium space for additional common waiting area.
The Surgery Center (13,307 S.F.) has three (3) treatment rooms and four (4) operating rooms, with seventeen (17) private pre-op/recovery beds and three (3) sit-up chairs.
The Orthopedic Center (11,371 S.F.) has eleven (11) exam rooms and a large physical therapy area which includes a P.T. Office and Private P.T. Room.
The Imaging Center (4,357 S.F.) provides X-Ray and MRI Services. There is one (1) radiography room with space provided to build out a second future radiography room and one (1) MRI.
