The St. Petersburg Judicial Building is an existing 5-story facility which serves as the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court serving Pasco and Pinellas Counties. This building was Florida's third largest trial court with 55 judges hearing cases daily. The building remained occupied during construction and was completed in several phases. These photos present Phase V – the final phase of construction on the buildings’ fifth floor. Renovation encompassed 5,600 s.f. of space and included the demolition of the existing fifth floor law library and the construction of three new family courtrooms, witness waiting, Bailiff security desk and associated Judge and administrative offices. Total Construction Cost of phase V was $1,565,492.
