Southeastern Surgical Center consist of an interior buildout of the first floor only of a new two-story medical office building shell to develop a new licensed Ambulatory Surgery Center. The ASC is approximately 13,000 SF and includes four (4) operating rooms, sterile processing, Pre-Op/PACU bays and support spaces.
