The 8,981 S.F. project is located at 365 73rd Avenue in St. Pete Beach, Florida. The scope of work included a significant interior and exterior renovation of the existing Library to bring it back to current standards while maintaining and preserving the middle century modern look of this historical designated building.

Interior work scope included the replacement of most interior finishes including flooring, ceilings and paint. The building systems were also replaced including HVAC, chiller, duct work, diffusers, storm drain system, some plumbing, fire alarm, security and lighting. Library shelving, seating and equipment was also replaced.

The exterior building envelope was upgraded including roofing, all storefront and all doors. Significant structural improvements and repairs were made including a total demolition and replacement of the roof assembly / metal deck and precast repairs, cleaning and sealing of all the architectural precast surfaces.

Site work included new landscape, irrigation and parking lot improvements by the City.
