This project is a new 2-story building of 31,320 s.f. for Tampa Family Health Center who provides accessible health care to a culturally diverse community. The focus is on internal medicine, family practice, pediatric care, dentistry, OB/GYN, and pharmaceutical services. The first floor clinic houses a dental department with 10 exam rooms, an adult clinic with 11 exam rooms, a pediatric clinic with 4 exam rooms, an OB/GYN clinic with 4 exam rooms, a walk-in clinic with 3 exam rooms, a pharmacy, 2 blood labs, and all other required support areas. The second floor administration headquarters houses the executive leadership, finance department, billing, training rooms, clinical care services, central MIS/IT, and all other required support spaces.
