This is an 8,000 GSF one-story, free-standing building; one of the infill buildings in a 6-building PUD development. The building includes 2 tenant buildout packages. West Park Surgical Center includes a 4,200 s.f. interior build-out for 2 operating rooms and 1 procedure room. The West Park Clinical Office is a Pain Management Center containing 3,500 s.f. for 6 exam rooms. The design order for the PUD required Spanish Mediterranean Architectural features, materials and colors to match the rest of the existing complex.
