Architectural services included interior renovation of an existing 17,500 square-foot single story bank building, including consolidation of the existing branch bank down to 7,200 gross square feet. The regional corporate Public Finance Department occupied the remaining square footage with minor renovations. The Branch Bank included demolition and miscellaneous remodeling including reduction of the floor plan with a tenant separation wall and reorganization of the entrance, branch manager office, safety deposit vault, small conference room, bank platform, public toilet rooms and staff toilet rooms. Finishes and lay-in ceilings were totally replaced. The HVAC system and portions of electrical and plumbing systems (ADA) were replaced and all finishes were updated. The exterior parking and landscape were brought up to code as well.
