City of Dunedin EOC/Fire Training Facility is a new 5,620 g.s.f. free standing single story building at 2833 Belcher Road N. in Dunedin, Florida. The new building is designed to a CAT 5 Storm Event and includes a standby emergency generator sufficient to power the entire building during a power outage, and secondary utility support systems for seven days of sustainability post storm. The building is LEED Silver Certified. Solar Power including photovoltaic panels are included as part of the design.
