The City of Seminole City Hall was an adaptive reuse of a ten year old city library. The program included three departmental components; Council and Council Chambers, Administrative Services and General Services. A very significant A/V and IDF package was part of this project and includes control room with TV, taping and distance learning, infrared and WIFI control, dimming and ambient light control, LCD projection, plasma TV and Smart Board technology. General Services and Administrative Services were connected to a new LP gas stand-by generator and automatic transfer switch to giving both departments emergency power and HVAC during a storm event.
