The project scope was to renovate 12 exterior restrooms into 16 ADA compliant single occupant classroom restrooms and replacement and relocation of sanitary sewer mains and laterals. This work updated a total of 5 classroom buildings to include modern condition individual toilets attached to 16 classrooms. Site sanitary and storm drainage improvements to these classroom buildings were included in the scope.
