The renovation project turned a 1950’s, 16,050 square-foot shopping center into a Doctor’s Urology Office. Phase One consisted of demolition and construction of 9,473 square feet to house thirteen (13) exam rooms, laboratory, procedure room, administration and and business office areas, leaving seven existing separate tenants in the remaining 6,577 square feet. Phase Two encompassed renovating 1,559 square feet to house a Pathology Lab and a CT Scanner room and connect to the existing Phase One Urology Office, leaving five existing separate tenants in the remaining 5,018 square feet.
