Select Physicians Surgery Center is a new tenant build-out which houses three class "C" operating rooms, one private recovery bed, nine pre-op/recovery beds, two sit-up chairs and all required support spaces on the first floor of a two-story medical office building near St. Joseph's Hospital in Tampa, Florida.
