University Corporate Park is an Office/Warehouse infill project of 127,600 GSF for the second and third phases of planned unit development near the University of South Florida. The Second Phase includes two buildings (E & F) of 80,000 sf. The Second Phase includes a tenant improvement buildout package for a Veterans Administration Eye Clinic. The Third Phase is a future building with a start date depending on the economy.
