This project included architectural services for a design-build approach to renovate an existing adult 24 bed unit on the second floor wing of the Windmoor Healthcare Psychiatric Hospital. The renovation included the addition of a total of twenty (20) licensed psych beds, new nurse station, support spaces and a new seclusion room. The HVAC system was also replaced for this unit. The entire floor was designed and built to meet state licensure.
