The project is located at 650 9th Avenue South in Safety Harbor, Florida and was originally built in the 1980’s. The existing one story building is 20,773 S.F. with a new one story addition of 2,670 S.F which includes a fitness center with high exterior storefront windows and hardie board to match the existing building façade. The renovated lobby includes an enlarge window to the basketball courts with a new partition to create a more private space for the existing staff offices. The fitness center includes treadmills, upright bikes, elliptical machines, free weights and other workout equipment.
