Bay Area Heart was a new free-standing Ambulatory Surgery Center that is 6,861 square feet. It houses two (2) operating rooms, seven (7) pre-op/recovery beds and four (4) sit-up chairs. Of these two (2) operating rooms, one (1) is a standard 400 square foot operating room and the other is a hybrid operating room.
