Panhandle Vascular Surgical Specialists was a project to renovate an existing building of approximately 11,000 square feet. The majority of the building (approximately 8,500 sf) is to house an Ambulatory Surgery Center. The surgery center is to have three (3) operating rooms, nine (9) pre/post recovery beds with support spaces. The other approximately 2,500 sf is to be a doctors office and is to have eight (8) exam rooms, one (1) ultra sound, one (1) x-ray, office procedure room, and lab with support spaces.
